How many days is the base/default package for?
The base package includes:
1) 2-Day Paris Museum Pass
2) 2-Day Paris Metro Pass Zones 1-3
3) Member Card
4) Free Admission to Musée du Vin and a glass of wine
5) Free voucher to a Seine River Cruise with Bateaux Parisiens.
6) Free map of Paris
For additional usage, click on the corresponding button and the price will auto-update.
Do children need TheCityCase Package?
Children under 18 get free admission at almost all major museums in and around Paris!
Therefore, they would not need a Package as it includes a Paris Museum Pass. However, they would need a Metro Pass (for children age 11 and under, check out the Children's Metro Pass) to travel along with accompanying adults, as well as any other tickets the Package includes (such as Bateaux Parisiens).
What does 'Consecutive Days' mean?
The Paris Metro Pass and Paris Museum Pass are good for consecutive days only. The first day is the day you activate and start using your pass, no matter what time. You then have the next X number of consecutive days to use your pass.
For example, a 2-Day pass is not good from 5pm Monday until 5pm Wednesday, but rather all day Monday (no matter the time you activate it) and all day Tuesday.
Why does the price increase when I try to add more days/zones to the passes inside the Package?
As you add more days or zones of unlimited access to museums and/or transportation, the price increases for this extra usage.
When do I have to use my ticket for Bateaux Parisiens or Musee du Vin?
These FREE tickets included in the Package can be used any time you would like and are independant of the Paris Museum Pass. Simply present the ticket/voucher to the ticketbooth (map included on the voucher) during normal business hours and receive your free admission. You may be asked to show your TheCityCase Members Card for verification.
